The Birth and Growth of TFFA Thai Frozen Foods Association

The Thai Frozen Foods Association, established on June 5, 1968, started as the Thai Aquatic Animal Traders Association with 12 founding members. It was formed to build credibility among importers and facilitate cooperation among members in areas such as information sharing, raw material management, and hygiene standards. Over the decades, the association has expanded its scope to include technological advancements, product quality, and compliance with international standards, making Thailand a leading exporter in the global frozen food industry.
